• Any items provided to California Skins (logos, text, images, etc) for use in a design project, illustration, and or a website is assumed to be the property of the customer or the customer has permission to use these items. California Skins will not be responsible or held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement or any other misuse of any item provided by the customer. The customer assumes ALL responsibility legal or otherwise for all items provided to the designer and of the final design approved.

• Licensed high school logos, decals and  wraps are available.  It is the responsibility OF THE CUSTOMER to thoroughly review all work for any discrepancies. If the customer places an order the customer waives California Skins will not be held responsible for any problems that may show up in the final print during installation or by installing the product.

• It is the responsibility OF THE CUSTOMER to meet their customer or personal deadlines of delivering their finished product.  California Skins will not be held liable or issue a refund for product delivery delays within the time-frame specified by the USPS mail system via Priority or Express Mail. If the product reaches you damaged beyond use as intended or deemed lost by the USPS after 21 days then Cornhole Stop, LLC can file a USPS insurance claim in attempt to recover $50 to be refunded to the purchase.

    In the case of an exchange the customer is responsible for return shipping charges on the product being exchanged as well as the new product being shipped out. Please, no exceptions.
